The modular design of the Waste tire recycling and decomposition system can add or reduce production links on the basis of the modular design, enhance the flexibility of the production line, and better meet the changing requirements of production capacity and tire type. We really understand the production needs of customers, accurate planning and assembly of various equipment, and provide a series of high-yield and efficient tire recycling production programs.

 

For different tire characteristics and productivity requirements, the production line structure may include:

Fully automatic wire drawing machine: removing tire rings
Conveyor equipment: conveyor belt, screw conveyor and air pressure transmission system
shredder: Shred tires into film (50mm-150mm)
Steel wire separator: separating rubber and steel wire, and processing into rubber particles (10mm-20mm)
Magnetic separator: separating steel wire from rubber steel wire mixture
Pulverizer : pulverize rubber particles to smaller size (1mm-7mm)
Vibrating screen: separate rubber particles of different sizes, and send the oversized particles back to the crusher for secondary crushing
Fiber separator: remove foreign matter and fiber
Secondary magnetic separator: remove the small wire that may be left
Grinder: grind the particles into powder (30-100 mesh)
Automatic bagging system: load finished products into storage bags or packaging bags

The whole tire is directly put in, without pre-crushing and pulling the steel ring link
From the whole tire to 1-7mm particles, the whole production and packaging process has no intermediate link of secondary transportation
The maximum processing capacity is 5000kg/h, and it only needs 7 people at most to complete all field operations
According to the customer's required capacity, the equipment model is configured from 200kg/h to 5000kg/h, with a wide range of choices
The full combination of two-layer structure makes installation, replacement and maintenance more convenient and safer
Seamless connection, monitoring of dust and smoke throughout the process
Insist on 80-100 hours feeding test before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance

Before leaving the factory, we will assemble all the equipment into a production line, simulate the actual use conditions for testing, to ensure the production line capacity and product quality.
